Here are some questions to get an immediate answer to your query. If you can't find the answer to your question our customer service staff are at your disposal 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for any inquiry you may have. We shall reply within 24 hours.

  • HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?

In most cases we'll produce your stickers and ship your order within the next 2 working days. Occasionally we may need more time to prepare your products and will ship within 3 working days.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our workshop, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
The delivery time usually takes 8 to 12 working days for all European countries.
To the rest of the world the delivery is between 15 - 20 working days.

  • I HAVE  RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER?

We’re sorry for sending you an incorrect item in your order. In this case, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service. We shall provide you with detailed instructions how to return the product. 
Please, include the following details in your email:

  • Your name and the email address you have registered on our website.
  • The reference number of the incorrect item
  • Please, indicate if you’d like to receive a refund or the correct item from your order.

As soon as you send the incorrect product back to our warehouse, we shall send your new product and provide you with the tracking number of your order and instructions how to track the progress of your shipment.

We know that nothing is more frustrating than an order missing an item. Please contact us to notify our support team to resolve the issue.

If you have received an order and believe there has been an error with the printing or an issue with the quality, please contact us to notify our support team to resolve the issue.

  • DELIVERY TIME

We don't offer phone support because we truly believe it wouldn't be possible to provide the same effective help over the phone. By keeping our support online we can instantly view your account and other information so we can troubleshoot effectively, without putting you on hold.
